While with Riverdeep, Bryan & Declan engineered the successful migration of the company's flagship personal publishing brand from a legacy code base to a modern, web-friendly code-base. Over a 3-year span, the code-base was successfully transitioned while maintaining profitability goals and 30% market share.




In 2008, The Learning Company partnered with Gameloft to introduce the Oregon Trail to mobile handsets and the iPhone. Bryan and Declan managed the licensee, helping to ensure that the translation to the new device was engaging and fun for a new audience while remaining faithful to the original game.
